Summary:Separation of heavy minerals from a rapakivi granite at Angstromsbacka, Saltvik, gave a few grains of cerussite (in addition to zircon, fluocerite, anatase, xenotime, bastnasite, fluorite, rutile, lollingite, etc). The white to reddish yellow grains had a 5.177, b 8.490, c 6.137 Angstrom; the Pb isotope ratios are 206Pb/204Pb 21.407, 207Pb/204Pb 16.005, 208Pb/204Pb 40.302. The slightly reduced cell dimensions are attributed to substitution of approx 1% Sr for Pb. [R.A.H.]
