Summary:The paper deals with results of mineralogic, thermobarometric and isotope investigations of quartz and calcite from Vendian volcanites of Rafalivka quarry in Volyn which associate with native copper. Conclusions are made on the origin of hydrothermal solutions from which it has been crystallized. Proceeding from the data of calculations of isotope values of δ18OH2O and δ13CCO2, early hydrothermal solutions often look like the magmatic fluids, while late solutions were formed as a result of mixing the magmatic and meteoric waters.
